Everyone needs to have something that gets them out of bed in the morning. A dream, an objective, or a Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal (BHAG). But finding your purpose is often easier said than done. In this episode of The Purpose Tune Podcast, Goodman Lantern founder and CEO, Raj Goodman Anand discusses how to find yours.

Raj and podcast host, Khong Xiong, discuss the meaning of purpose. According to Raj, purpose is something that drives the action that it takes to get up in the morning and to do what you do. Raj notes that if we have a meaningful purpose in life, it makes life more fulfilling. 

Purpose is also something that drives you in your career. If you have a work-related purpose and a BHAG, it informs the choices you make in your job and your career. If you are a business owner, your purpose will influence everything from your hiring policy to your client base. Xiong explains that purpose is your north star and guiding light that helps you in challenging situations.
