Here are 3 steps to start with. Give them a try and let me know how it goes! ⇓
Make lists! You’ll have a clear view of just how much there is to do and your time. Even better – you can decide which are the most important and do those first. I like to use the built-in Gmail task list.
Get going! Stressed people procrastinate. Is this you? Do you spend more time fearing failure than actually trying to avoid it? Think about it… you have a list! Just start with the first one and keep going. #itsthatsimple
Create your environment! Does music help you focus? Play it! Do you prefer to take regular breaks? Reward yourself for real results. The better you do, the better the reward!
